What is a seamless Pattern?

A seamless pattern is a pattern that can be repeated over and over without seeing any gaps or edges! Usually used for fabric printing or other crafts!

Can I re-sell digital files?

No, Digital files are strictly prohibited from being altered, re-sold, shared or traded. 

What is TAT? 

Files will be emailed to you within 48 hours. If files haven't been received after 48 hours, please email evieandelliedesigns@gmail.com.

Customs have a TAT of 7 business days after we have discussed your files through messenger. 

How will the items be shipped? 

We do not provide printed materials of any kind! All items are digital and will be sent to you via email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of these products, digital files are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Should you have any issues with your files, please contact us at evieandelliedesigns@gmail.com immediately.
